Before confirming your reservation with us, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is required before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests who exceed the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are liable for resulting costs and expenses.
Residency Restrictions: Guests are prohibited from making reservations within their own place of residence. Please contact us if you intend to book within your own locality.
Noise and Parties: Parties and excessive noise, including on balconies or in common areas, are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only on balconies, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Violations result in a fee of €250 plus costs for special cleaning and damage repair.
Waste Disposal: Guests must separate and dispose of waste in designated bins on the property. Visual guidelines are provided within the apartment.
Photography and Videography: Commercial photography or videography is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Illegal activities are also prohibited.
Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the reservation total. Unauthorized guests incur a fee of €30 per night.
Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals. Guests with assistance animals must contact us before their stay.
Responsibility for Property: Guests are responsible and liable for costs associated with lost keys, remote controls, or similar items.
Noise Monitoring: Noise levels may be monitored using decibel meters in the apartments. Video surveillance may also be installed in public areas.
Damage Liability: Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Any damages must be reported promptly.
Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation implies agreement to comply with house rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
