This modern and newly renovated apartment is very spacious, perfect for 2 people, but also 4 guests can accommodate thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.
Parking is possible directly on the property and free of charge.
You can expect 1 bedroom with king-size box spring bed. An open wardrobe is provided for your clothes.
The large living room invites you to relax with a cosy couch, which can be opened to another bed if necessary.
The dining table can accommodate 4 people.
Of course, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and various streaming services await you with us.
The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there are also enough dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
In addition, the kitchen has a coffee station with modern Nespresso machine, the finest Starbucks coffee and various types of tea.
The bathroom has a rain shower, an illuminated mirror and a washer-drier.
Here, too, everything you want at home is available:
Hair dryer, towels and free hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and much more.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via a staircase without a lift.

Adjacent to our property is the spa park, for the recreation you need.
The pedestrian zone is in the immediate vicinity, where you can find ice cream cafes, restaurants and much more.
By car, it takes approx. 4 minutes, on foot this route is only approx. 10 minutes away.
The apartment also includes a free parking space on the premises and the A96 motorway can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes.
We provide cotton bed linen and towels of the highest hotel standard.
There is also high-quality “PRIJA” hand soap, shampoo and conditioner available for you.

We also offer mid-stay cleanings at an additional cost.
HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.
3. Parties and excessive volume are not allowed, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors).
3.1. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies, whereby the cigarette butts must be carefully disposed of in the ashtray. Violations of the smoking ban in the house result in a fee of 250€ plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.
4. The garbage must be properly separated and disposed of in the respective designated bins on the property. (A visual data sheet is available in the apartment).
5. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
6. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
7. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal guidelines may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us before their stay.
8. Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, remote controls or the like.
9. Systems for measuring the noise level can be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive volumes. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage.
11. The volume in the apartment is monitored by a decibel meter. The guest agrees to this with the booking.
12. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the consent to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction of the apartment without refund.
