This modern and freshly renovated top-floor apartment is incredibly spacious, ideal for accommodating 4 people, but can comfortably host up to 6 guests thanks to the luxurious sleeper sofa.
Parking is conveniently available on the property and is free of charge.
You will find 2 bedrooms featuring luxurious king-size box-spring beds. Open wardrobes are provided for your clothing.

The large living room beckons with a cozy sofa, perfect for relaxing and can be converted into an additional bed if needed. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people.
Of course, you’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and various streaming services for your entertainment.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, and oven. You’ll also find plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
Additionally, the kitchen boasts a coffee station with a sleek Nespresso machine, premium Starbucks coffee, and a selection of fine teas.
The bathroom features a refreshing rain shower, an illuminated mirror, and a washer-dryer combo. We’ve also ensured it’s stocked with everything you’d need at home: a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and more.
The apartment is located on the third floor and can be reached via a staircase, as there is no elevator.

By car, it takes approx. 4 minutes, on foot this route is only approx. 10 minutes away.
The apartment also includes a free parking space on the premises and the A96 motorway can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes.

The “Kurpark” borders directly on the garden and can be easily reached via the private path or the public walkway.
In the spa park there are various gardens with medicinal herbs, fragrant and aromatic plants, rose and much more.
There are different paths for recovery and regeneration.
Ice cream parlours, tennis corts and many other hidden leisure activities are waiting for you.
The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel at home!
HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee and subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services are liable for any resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own place of residence.
3. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways).
3.1. Smoking is only allowed on balconies, and cigarette butts must be carefully disposed of in ashtrays. Violations of the no-smoking policy within the house will incur a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Trash must be properly sorted and disposed of in the designated bins on the property. (A visual guide is available in the apartment).
5. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
6. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
7. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policies may incur a special cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
8. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, remotes, or similar items.
9. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages.
11. The noise level in the apartment is monitored by a decibel meter. The guest agrees to this by making a booking.
12. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
