This amount will be temporarily reserved a day or two prior to your arrival and released after your departure, provided that there is no damage. Returning the keys is also necessary, and there is nothing further you need to do if no damage is incurred.
We repair and maintain the property promptly whenever an issue occurs. Our guests must provide ID, sign terms and conditions, and make a security deposit for each stay. Any damages are charged to the guest’s deposit, and we have insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents. Our guests do not have the right to occupy the property and can be removed if necessary. We take good care of the property to maintain hotel standards, making us the perfect tenants.
